How it works

Stage one - Get in touch

  1. Give us a call or complete our contact form
  2. If you need them, we will arrange to send some samples to you
  3. We'll appoint a project manager

Stage two - The design process

  • You will work with your project manager to develop your design ideas
  • Either choose from our ready-to-go options, or send us your own designs
  • Once agreed, we send you a quote and payment options

Stage three - Order fulfilment

  • As soon as we receive payment we’ll get to work creating your items
  • We'll confirm timeframes with you and supply you with all the relevant order and tracking information so you're always up to date
  • You sit back, relax and wait for your bespoke items to arrive

Pricing

  • Prices are calculated based on the items, customisation options and quantity chosen
  • Where possible, we will offer discounts on large orders
  • Prices are agreed and payed in advance ahead of work beginning
