How it works

Stage one - Free consultation

  1. Call us or use our online form to let us know what you are looking for
  2. One of our Privé assistants will work with you to develop a brief
  3. We'll send the brief to you to confirm your needs
  4. You'll will give us the go ahead to proceed

Stage two - Proposal options

  • Your Privé assistant will work with our network of suppliers and our extensive sector knowledge to source some options for you
  • We will come back to you within 72 hours with a set of suitable product options for you to choose from
  • All you need to do is let us know which one you want and we will do the rest
  • We will draw up a quote and provide online payment details

Stage three - Order fulfilment

  1. Once payment has been received we’ll arrange for the item to be sent to a location of your choosing
  2. Your Privé assistant will supply you with all the relevant tracking information and will keep you updated right up to delivery
  3. You can sit back, relax and wait for your items to arrive
